The P6 and 7 boys and girls played very hard in the mini 7s football competition during the week with some outstanding performances on both the girls' and the boys' teams. Both teams had great attitude throughout all their games showing great energy, tenacity and sportsmanship. They were a credit to their school, GAA clubs and families. The girls reached the semi final and the boys were narrowly beaten by St Columban's Primary school in the last game denying them a place in the semi-final of the boys' competition.
