Thank you to Joy Graham for all her recipes and information on Chinese Cookery in our Extended School project. Joy has worked very hard to bring recipes and ideas to life in her cookery demonstrations. It is a funded project so the demonstration each night is free and all food that is cooked that night is tasted by the audience. To celebrate Chinese New year, Joy made Hong Kong chicken wings, sweet and sour chicken, egg fried rice and almomd and ginger cookies. The food was delicious! The next demonstration will be on Tuesday 21st of February and will be Italian themed. Everyone Welcome.
